Subli Glaze™ UV Protection Coating

Available in 5ltr and 25ltr sizes

This product is a solvent based coating for use on products that are exposed to sunlight.

Description

Subli Glaze™ UV Protection Coating can be applied at the end of the sublimation process (after the image has been transferred), to add a layer of protection against ultra violet radiation. Exposure to ultra violet light (i.e. Sunlight) can over time cause image fade; Subli Glaze UV Protection Coating protects against the effects of UV image fade.

Use it to

• Protect transferred images against fading due to prolonged exposure to Ultra Violet light.

Important Information

Lacquer should be used within 3 hours.

Clean using conventional gun wash or PU thinners.

How to use Subli Glaze™ UV Protection

Spray using a conventional spray gun and cure by drying.

Typical drying times at room temperature are:

• Touch dry after 10 minutes.
• Hard dry after 4 hours.
• Fully cured after 24 hours.

Force cure at 80 ºC for 5 minutes.

Mixing Instructions

For 5ltrs of Subli Glaze™ UV Protection:

• Use neat from the tin do not mix or thin this product

For 25ltrs of Subli Glaze™ UV Protection:

• Use neat from the tin do not mix or thin this product
